Tim Koltek has served as CEO of Terrapin Energy since January 2005. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Koltek was CEO of itrezzo, a wireless software company. Mr. Koltek earned a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration at Trinity University in San Antonio, TX.

Randy, Francis - Operations Manager

Randy Francis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.  He has over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry with specific knowledge in the field of enhanced oil recovery. Mr. Francis has worked as an engineer and managed production operations throughout the state of Oklahoma.
